SailSports aims to ensure that your holiday goes as smoothly as possible, so we can tailor it to suit you. We put together packages for everything except international flights, so all you need to do is get here and we will take care of the rest.

All Hotels on Ambergris Caye are small and individual. We try to fit you with the hotel that suits you, whether its modern condos, apartment style or local and friendly. All the hotels we offer have hot and cold running water, and are situated on the Beach. The hotels listed below have been specially selected, but if you would like somewhere else please let us know.

Caribbean Villas Hotel

This charming 12 room hotel on 2.5 acres has been designed to conservation mind. All rooms offer ocean views, a/c, king or queen beds, full kitchen or kitchenette, private bath and hand made mahogany cabinets and trim. Relax on the 300ft private beach, snorkel at the end of the pier or have a snack or drink from the Catamaran Beach Bar while soaking in the newly designed pool and hot tubs. The Villas are far enough from town to preserve your peace and quite but only a 15 min beach walk from San Pedro's, cobblestone streets, shops and restaurants.

Sailsports is located on the beach at Caribbean Villas, so you can wake up and just jump on a board every morning.


The Sunbreeze

This is a 39 roomed modern hotel decorated in the spanish style. Centrally located it boasts all modern conveniences, cable TV, a/c, telephone, private bathroom, swimming pool, and in house water purification. It also has a lively bar and a restaurant “The Blue Water Grill” which is amongst our favourite on the island. This hotel is perfect for anyone who likes their creature comforts

Mayan Princess

This condo hotel situated in the heart of San Pedro town has 23 suites all with queen bed, private bath, cable TV, phone, a/c, kitchenettes and private balcony overlooking the beach. It is a perfect choice for anyone who doesn't want to eat out everyday and wants to do some of their own catering. A relaxing hotel with all the comforts of home.

The Palms

A charming small condo hotel with 12 individually designed units, some with 2 bedrooms. Each oceanfront unit with private seafront veranda has all the modern conveniences you'd expect and more. Situated in lush gardens there is also a lovely secluded freshwater pool. Great for families and groups.

Victoria House

Thatched cabanas set in beautiful gardens with limestone swimming pool and top class colonial style restaurant.This is the hotel for people who want a bit of luxury after a hard day of activities. It is far enough out of town to escape the hustle and bustle but close enough to be able to walk or cycle to Sailsports. Perfect for weddings & honeymooners.

Xanadu Island Resort

Recently featured on the Travel Channel, and conveniently located next door to Sailsports, Xanadu Island Resort offers fully equipped condominium suites with complete kitchens, a/c, ceiling fans, cable tv, telephones, internet, safes, hair dryers, alarm clocks, IPOD docking stations, private verandas and more. Beautiful fresh water pool and nature walk on site.
